Because all Beacon & Bay products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
